Bump. This thing actually worked! My speed went from 70kB/s to 3mB/s. It's fucking crazy.. EDIT: Fucking shit went back to 70kB/s. Last edited by WinRAR on Thu Sep 11, 2008 4:44 am; edited 1 time in total

But sadly this dosent work because if you uncap your modem it reconfigs back when you reboot ur pc.
