A relative of mine worked on the very top of the North Tower. He called his wife when he knew that he wouldn't live. No one was home... He left a message that the family received after the North Tower fell. "I love you <Name> so much. etc etc. Please never delete this message!". Before the tower fell he was able to call his mother. He told her that he wasn't going to be home. He was going to die.
No one knows what happened. Did he burn to death in the fire? Did he jump out of the building so he wouldn't have to bare the pain? Who knows. |
