The autorun.inf cannot be a put together with an .iso file as an .iso file is a complete snapshot of an entire CD. When your using a burning program like Nero, it reads the ISO file and extract the contents out so you can read it can be read on a Disc. If you have already burn the ISO file to a CD and want to add the autorun file then read my previous post.

The autorun file you have just created...
make sure the icon "serverware" is actually there before you burn it.

Use a rewritable disc so that you can reuse it if you make a mistake.
