edit: found a quick fix for now:
go to computer
right click
advanced system settings
startup and recovery
set default to VISTA
untick "time to display list of operating systems"

Theres an Uninstall.exe in the Ubuntu folder. Don't delete the folder and reboot or your stupid.

there was no uninstall.exe i looked for it
anyway i've fixed it now

Format Ubuntu partiton(etx3) Then using a partition manager merge it was your windows ntfs or fat 32.

Yes, GRUB bootloader its kind of annoying.
