My sister had her laptop serviced at GeekSquad.
Here is a run down of what they did:
1. Detect all spyware and shit. Send notice.
2. Back up the ENTIRE FUCKING HARD DRIVE.
3. Reformat.
4. COPY THE ENTIRE FUCKING HARD DRIVE'S OLD CONTENTS BACK.
5. Charge.
6. Repeat step 6.
7. ????
Ah, you get it.
They didn't fix shit.

My sister couldn't get her DVD burner/disc reader to open.
She sent it to the Geek Squad and they gave her some bullshit about Spy Sweeper messing up. Seriously, what the hell does Spy Sweeper have to do with a DVD burner?
Anyways, they 'fixed' it and charged 50 bucks.
It came home and was still busted. I took a look, and used a toothpick to hit the Emergency Open button and fixed her button for her in like 5 minutes.
End result - 50 dollars wasted.
