I got some hints here:
Ram, take max 4gb you will not need more:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231122

Othergood monitor:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001295

Faster+bigger harddrive (you will find the otherone
getting down on your computer speed) :
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148335

Corsair PSU:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139006

Also get a better cpu like the rest said.
I would get dualcore and save the money to upgrade to quad core in a half year or a year.
Then it maybe are more programs that works with it and
also then their cheaper. (E8400/E8500/E8600)

The hd he posted has 32mb of cache as compare to 16mb for the one you picked. In a HD the larger the cache the better the performance.

Of course other factors counts at well like rotational speed.
Most SATA HD runs up to 7200rpm
The Raptor: 10,000
SAS (Serial Attach Storage,) 7200-15000rpm
e.g. Seagate Cheetah SAS

I would take the corsair, but if you really need a modular (you can take the cables off the psu) take the other one.

And I don't get what you mean with the first question you probebly got that anwser already.

I would really recommend another PSU. It's a really crappy brand and it's extremely expensive.

Try at good brand like OCZ or Antec. The 850W versions only cost around $150.

I don't know what you're talking about, PCP&C is a tier 1 brand, and one of the most reputable ones at that.

Let just say that every individual user has their own brand that they like because it has served them well where as others are plague by it.
Just go with a brand that has a good reputation and you'll be fine.
PC&C, Seasonic, Antec, Cooler Master are all pretty good ones.

Avoid Xiode, Rosewill, and some unknown cheapo brands like YoMaMa Techolgiez.

Hint: Not all psu are made by the companies themselves.
