This will make your MODEM speed have no speed Caps. so your speed can basicly go as fast as it can. works on your whole computer. Thank me or rep me if i helped you with your lag/speed.

Note this is good when you are paying per speed connection such as ex: 20$ for 200kbs or 30$ for 1.5mb. so you can still be going at 20$ for the 1.5mbs for w.e your max speed is and w.e your price plan is. =]
