Is this ANOTHER move the largest ISP in the USA is making to stop piracy or start net neutrality?
The capping will start the first of October this year.

^ that's fucked up...
just because alot of people don't use it doesn't mean they shouldn't be able to if it is needed 
they deserve to lose alot of customers for something like this

This sucks can't watch videos without worrying about the cap.

250GB is hell of a lot. My internet speed on average is 400KB/sec. If I have my computer on 8 hours a day everyday, I will reach 250GB in a month.
Assuming you torrent, a movie is typically 700MB. So, you will watch over 300 movies a month, 10 movies a day. A movie is typically 1 hour long. So, you'll spend 10 hours a day watching movies.
Point: 250GB/month is plenty. If you do reach that limit, you would need to buy a 1TB hard drive every half a year at the latest.

135mb if you watch an hour?, so if you watch 8 hours of shit its 1gb... and you have 250gb, ill round it down to 200 to give you 50gb of head room for random shit...
You have to watch 1600 hours of videos >.> You are awake probably like 14 hours. and if you spent every 14 hours watching videos a day ( times 30 ) you wont reach close to it.

Not that big of a deal unless you use your bandwidth a lot Ex.. Torrenting games like Crysis or something that's easily 8 gigs or somewhat, but yeah I'm just stating possible problems. Don't forget buffering/quality and searching for videos.
