You can't over clock with a pre built system.
Your gonna have to buy a new cpu.
I'd recommend.

Intel core 2 quad Q6600/Q9450/Q9550

You can't overclock if you bought your computer and didn't make it yourself.

Youd have to get a new motherboard, not a new processor. Though you can get a new processor, you would still need to buy a new motherboard.

I'm not on a budget, I just want to see the cheapest good deal I can get.

It depends on what you are using it for. I think you should spend a lil bit of money to buy a decent processor, and then overclock that sucker.

So does AMD and Intel use different sockets?
I thought both used LGA775
