Thats basicly my current problem, a website I read said I either have a worm that disabled them, or a virus ass-raped my Taskmanager and reg-edit files

Yea you got a fake svchost file on your computer give me a few seconds and ill tell you what files to delete.
Delete these:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\svchost.exe
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
O4 - Global Startup: svchost.exe

This file im not sure about deleting so go to http://virusscan.jotti.org/ and scan it.

Did that, K, and about the DLL you mentioned, it's apparently non-existant O.o
EDIT: Is reboot required for changes to take effect?
EDIT2: Anything in registry I need to fix?

All right everything looks good so restart and just test everything out and id recommend opening regedit and just looking for any entries that don't look quiet right, also get an AV like AVG free http://free.avg.com/ww.download-avg-anti-virus-free-edition also if any problems come up PM me and I would be happy to help .  Oh yea and where did you get the virus from I would like to take a look at it.
