internet/LAN connection takes very very long time to load

need help with this, my internet/LAN takes about 5 minutes to load after the desktop have loaded, how do i fix this, i know this is not normal cause the fresh installed windows will load your internet/LAN 1 min tops after the desktop have loaded.
