When using hamachi:
-Make sure hamachi is your primary network ( http://logmeinwiki.com/wiki/Hamachi:Warcraft_3_-_Reign_of_Chaos,_The_Frozen_Throne )
-Turn firewalls off (INCLUDING WINDOWS FIREWALL)
-Turn off any antivirus that might block hamachi.

And always, hamachi or not:
Forward a port.
