I couldnt help but notice that WC3 is a rip of Age of empires ._.

like, same exact start tutorials, same exact unit control/buildings....

All RTS are like that.

That's like saying all FPS are ripoffs because you shoot stuff in first person. And they all use the same WASD + mouse control.

once again thats because they are RTS's... RTS's usually play just about the same so what would you expect of blizzard? teach them not how 2 play the game?
