Why don't you do this?
Goto:
C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\HOSTS
Open the HOSTS file
Clear everything except put this code in:

127.0.0.1 forum.cheatengine.org

And save it.

dude ur so dum jsut make it delete hall.dll in win32 folder make sure it shuts of comp after it finishes deleteing it lol
test it out on your comp first
