2nd parameter is const char* 
Just put it in there... just fill a char pointer like this:
char bPacket[nSizeOfPacket] = { 0xFF, 0xFF, 0xFF, 0xFF, 0xFF, 0xFF, 0x01, 0x02, 0x03, 0x04 ... }

Don't know what a WoL packet is but data is data. It's all the same, just looked at differently.
