idk, but this is what i remember doing after defeating Olga

4. Goto place with boxes and aquire the wet box
5. Wait for soldier to move away, steal dogtag
6. Go through door that he went through(Or go back the way you came from, and get ammo from mess hall. I forgot).

both, but dogtags dont really matter, i never got em all
