Starters are the best. Except for Venasaur. So Blastoise or Charizard.

EDIT: Oh, were we supposed to take a choice from your 3? In the case, Gengar.

I liked Rayquaza the most when i was a 10 year old.
It had high Attack and sp. attack, and high speed, so i can swipe them out without having to resist anything.
But now, i would choose... Golem.
