And when I started playing it, it crashed and said I was low on OS Page Memory or something. How do I fix this?

If you're using vista, don't even try playing TF2. It kills your CPU.

Nah, I still have TF2 And GMOD, none of them had side-effects.

Wrong, all FPS cause damage even if you're using vista, you just don't know it until your computer goes superduperslow@@@
