There'll be a reset button on the back of the router, you'll probably have to use a pen to press it but anyway press that. When it restarts it'll be back to the factory defaults. As long as you know the WEP/WPA key for wireless (if applicable) then you should be good.

and the username and password for the isp for logging on to the internet.

What the fuck?
User and pass for isp for logging on to the internet?
Since when has an isp had a user name and pass, that doesn't even make sense.

what i meant was the username and password, required by your isp, to connect your modem/router to the internet. it's not too hard to understand what i meant.

The modem manufacturer decides the pass.

So yeah, just reset the router and just configure the settings back to the way they used to be, besides the filter part. Did your dad change the login info to get into the router's firmware?

Did your dad set parental control on Opera? If so, there should be a way to remove it..

Gl mate. =P

P.S. Kalen, if that is your new GF, then I envy you.

well from what i know down here in australia, our isp's require a username and password, and always have. every isp i've used, and my relatives have used require one, but it may be different in different parts of the world.
