My laptop is missing about 7 screws and I think it is causing it to BSOD possibly to loose hardware, can you normally buy screws that would fit it at a regular hardware store? (home depot, lowe's ect)

No, you need to actually go to a tech store to get them. And I don't think it would cause a BSOD. The screws don't keep hardware together. In fact the only thing that shakes in a laptop would be the hard drive. Everything is held on by itself or connected to the plastic by itself. The screws that you mention just keep the case together.
