If you want an autoclicker to only click on the specified window, I think PostMessage would do? But i'm not sure, and i have no idea what your asking.

I'm making an auto program that i need it to auto click on a certain point when the timer is done so i just need it to click within the application not outside.

Like he said, Send/PostMessage, or use SendInput.

go learn more if you don't know how the Win32 API works
