It has come to my attention that skateboarders have been treated to lightly, and that their lawless ways need to be punished ._.
should they be arested for skateboarding on public property?

cyclist go on special lanes on the side of the streets.
Skateboarders jump on seats, railings, stairs, and trees.

It all comes down to either if a person that is not skateboarding is in risk of sustaining an injury, or if they are defacing property.
Grinding a rail isn't considered defacing.

You won't decapitate another bi-standard by skateboarding. If you injure yourself due to skateboarding, you are responsible. If you injure another person who was a bi-standard who wasn't skateboarding or taking part of skating/cycling/rollerblading, it is considered assault unless they decide not press charges. Frankly, it also depends where. If you skateboard where it says "Do not Skateboard/Skateboarding is not permitted," it is considered trespassing.
Also, if you ban skateboarding; how will people (like me) go to work/school? I work at a Dunkin' Donuts two miles from where I live and I skateboard there and to school.

and im speaking about skateboarding on public place in which people gather to enjoy a free day in which being hit over the head or foot by an idiot on a board is not included.

I skate in a public place.
I skate on the sidewalk as a use of transportation.
I grind rails on the way.
I ollie over curbs and garbage cans.
I polejam on crooked parking lot poles.
So sue me.
