According to what I found on Wikipedia, you can always try MPEG-4 formats. It'd help if you provide us with a specific model though

| Yea my dad had the sansa fuze, you have to make sure that your quicktime player is updated to the newest version or it wont work.

It doesn't matter you can't drag and drop the video into a folder and make it work I've tried it, you need to get their program and have quicktime installed and well... I think you get the rest...
P.S I have the Sansa e240.
