| If the pc costs 3,500$ then it should have like 8GB ram , 3.5ghz or more , liek 1TB hard disc.

You aren't going to get the best 3DMark score with that build (but it does tell you that). At this budget, you should consider learning how to build a computer. It will provide more flexibility (better scores), and possibly lower the price.
I wouldn't say it's the most impossibly future proof computer, as Intel's Nehalem CPU is coming out in a few months, and maybe a new GPU by nVidia to counter the HD4870.
Once again, they're advertising the 12GHz thing. It's only that effect when the application is multi-threaded. The QX9650 isn't the best stuff, the QX9770 is (for the LGA775 platform, that is).
1.5Mega watts is far too much for even that build. I would get an 800-1000W PSU.
I wouldn't get DDR3 RAM, but for setting the 3DMark record, it measures the memory bandwidth, so faster RAM does mean better scores.
I've heard that triple-SLi setups (8800 Ultras) will outperform a quad-SLi setup, in terms of gaming performance.
It could be built about $4000, probably a little more. The computer's pretty nice though.

ok thanks for such a detailed reply, i will probably ask around local computer shops to find out what's hot and what's not atm and i'll consider building my own if i could save around £1500 ($3000)
