Does anyone have a simple tut, on how to tick eax in delphi 7 using checkbox's?

Look at the source code for Cheat Engine, it is written in Delphi and makes use of the given API above.

Sponge gave you a big push in the right direction. If you don't like the idea of using Cheat Engine's source, then look up the API on MSDN and learn about it that way, or just Google for examples with Delphi.

Change register on breakpoint:
Usermode debugging:
Set a breakpoint at the specified address. (using setthreadcontext)
On a debug event (breakpoint signaled) change the register using SetThreadContext.

Kernelmode debugging:
Hook int1
Set a breakpoint at the specified address. (using setthreatcontext, OR setting DR7.GD to 1 )
On a debug event (breakpoint signaled) change the register at the position you stored the original register (most likely a stack address)
