Hello,

Well I'm planning to buy a TFT-Monitor.
And I'm wondering if this one is good:

Unless you live in Germany/Europe, then you shouldn't buy from there. First of all, I'm not sure if they ship world-wide, and even if they did, I doubt shipping rates would be low. I've never heard of that company, and I would recommend more trusted companies like Samsung, ViewSonic, and LG (their monitors also perform better).

Heh yea I live in germany Smile.
The "company" is very famous in germany and this monitor is from "Avalon"...from which I've never heard of before.

PS: 179 Euros = 281.6565 U.S. dollars

Contrast is 700:1

The monitor is shit, don't settle for anything above 5ms response time and below 1000:1 contrast ratio

I was saving up money for a 3000:1, maybe i just save some bucks and get myself a 2000:1
