Your computer won't work at all. AMD CPUs don't work in Intel motherboards. Intel's E7200, E8400, or Q6600 would be better (would make your computer work, and they are faster than your choice).
You might want to take a look at the HD4850, or cheaper 8800GTs. eVGA has a dual slot 8800GT for $10 less, with a better warranty.
You can get a 500GB drive for $5-$10 more. The price per gigabyte is lower, so you'll get more for your money.
Other than the above, your computer looks pretty nice. It should play Crysis all high (without AA/AF) nicely.

Okay thanks! I'd have been completely screwed.
I'm going to go with the Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz model.
And can you point me out to the eVGA graphics card, I can't seem to find it

It runs at stock speeds, but you can overclock it and I think it won't void the warranty. So as long as you registered your card (Limited Lifetime Warranty), you can get a replacement from eVGA.

Not all the reviews. You can manually change the fan speed anyways.
Unless you're running a PC that needs to be next to silent, this should be good enough. If you wanted an HTPC (or any near-silent PC), then you would be better off with a low-end heatsink-only graphics card.
I usually game with my headphones on, or with the speakers, so I never really hear the sound of my computer. When I do, it never really bugs me too badly (if I'm not gaming, then I'm listening to music).

Alright thanks. I need to find my current LCD monitor specs. If its good enough, it'll save me 280$ on a decent new one. Is there any program that can find it? I don't feel like searching through 2 file cabinets worth of files to find the user manual.

If you've installed drivers for your LCD monitor, then go to:
Start > Control Panel > Display > Settings
Next to listing your video card should be the model of your monitor. Sometimes (on Samsung monitors), you'll find the model on the monitor itself.
