How would I go about getting a dump of gamemon's process?

go where GameMon.des is stored rename it to .exe

and u got yourself a dump without actually dumping it from running memory

Only problem you will have is that its packed up (compressed file ) with some packer..

Use a program called PeID
http://peid.has.it/

and after it tells you the packer name.. google it and find and download the unpacker and it gets unpacked

I renamed gameguard to a .exe and ran it but what happens after that? Where is the dump?

You won't get a dump from just renaming it to .exe then running it. -_-'
You have to unpack Themida.

Also, renaming it will do nothing. Even if you through it in IDA with the .des extension it will reconize it was an executable.
