I don't know about that. I always think about it, but I always think, how can something run if the computer isn't on? And if you turn on the computer, what turns on the bot?

Make a batch file and stick it in auto start folder
C:\Documents and Settings\*\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
Note: There are other ways but i prefer this to be easy and fast
Example:
@echo off
:1
msg * "Message Here"
GOTO 1
Google about batch files it will help you some more i dont fell like getting into it lol hope it helps ^_^

just stick a program or a batch file in your startup folder like koralix explained, and that should work.

Would it pronuce all names & nicknames correctly?
is there a way of deactivateting that command/service? :S
