hahaha. I had a fine time looking at it. It's pretty cool. A lot of servers that I've seen are cooled by fans. I think they work just fine and water cooling is pretty un-necessary.

Servers are only air-cooled because they can use loud ass fans that move a lot of air, since they're often off in a back room anyway. Watercooling is amazing for overclocking and silent PC's.

There was this one thing I've seen before. To make super chilled air, just put a big chunk of ice in front of a fan so the ice is in between a big fan and the computer, and the big fan will just blow the ice's coolness all over the PC.

Actually, pure water is almost never used. People usually either use antifreeze like you said, a premixed coolant, or distilled water with an anti-corrosive/anti-algae additive. Contrary to what you might think though, a coolant won't make the system run cooler than normal water, it's just to prevent corrosion.
