You don't need more than 550W. That would just be a waste (money for your build and in your power bills). I'm running a similarily power-hungry system, and even after overclocking the CPU, GPU, and RAM, it still survives 24 hours a day on a 400W PSU.
600W+ PSU are for SLI/CrossFire configurations, more powerful processors than the one you selected, and RAID-configured hard drives (multiple).

I'm pretty sure it will fit in a mid-tower case (like the one you selected). The risers aren't huge, but you might want to do the measurements.
You can buy it, and if it doesn't fit, I'm pretty sure you can return it or trade it for a smaller heatsink/fan.
