I installed Zango so I could download a font, and Zango didn't come with an Uninstaller (douches) and it's not in the Add or Remove Programs list. I can't shift delete it because four of its files are in use or full-write protected. What's that program that deletes files like those?

If the files are in use then boot up in safe mode and delete from there.

insert disc, start from, delete files

If you just wanna delete, try using "Unlocker"
It will kill the ones that are being used so you can delete them.
