There are commercial virus scanners and killers that you have to buy or there are some pretty good free ones. Just scroll down and choose one that sounds epicly awesome to you.

If its really a virus that cant be get rid of use the kaspersky 30 day trial and it will take care of it fashoo but most things avast will take care of

If you know what file is infected - go to virustotal.com and upload it. See which Antivirus responds and download it.
