^^ Not totally sure that will work... since the C drive is in use...

If the C Drive does not have your OS installed on it, you can format it.

If the C Drive does, you will have to download either a LiveCD of an OS (Linux) or a partition editor that has a .iso bootable thing etc

Cant you stick in an install disc of windows and just use that to partition. It has the capabilities.

This is correct.

You just insert your Windows CD in and wait until the partition screen. Then, just delete the C:\ partition and format a new partition.
