If you are running a website from your computer, your IP WILL BE SEEN.
There is no way to stop it and no way to change it.
But dont worry....
If someone whois you they can only find a couple things...
Your ISP ( Always accurate )
What country you live in ( Always accurate )
What state you live in ( not always 100 percent accurate, usually 50 percent of the time )
What city you live in ( if it is a HUGE FREAKING CITY, millions, then maybe)
They CANNOT get your name...
They CANNOT get your address...
Unless they call your ISP and give a pretty damn good reason for releasing your information.... for example a warrant!

If you could manage, you would need to have it automatically jump servers every xx seconds, that way it can only be traced to whichever server it was being placed on, illegally.
Gotta be a fucking pro hacker though.

Unless you're a super pro, doubt you can make yourself invisible.
Some of the greatest hackers can't even do that, hence the reason they go to jail.

Smash your computer and your modem, right before you make it.
