I have a dell from 2004

Will these parts fit in it?

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3948260 MOBO - 150$
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2273393&Sku=TSD-500AS2 Hard Drive - 79.99$
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3538922&Sku=E145-8832 Video Card - 139.99$
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3404049&CatId=2261 RAM - 64.99$

And if I have a Processor that came with my computer, will it still be able to work with a DDR2 mobo?

And if the Video card's memory type is DD3 will it work with DDR2 stuff?

You should do some more research on computer hardware.

1. Depending on the processor and depending on the motherboard, it may or may not fit.

2. Yes, it will work.

Anyways, the parts will fit together. You're missing an optical drive (assuming your taking it from the Dell), and you might have a power issue if you are using the power supply that came with your computer.

So buy a new power supply also? And what do you mean by optical drive?

The power supply that come with most name-brand pre-built systems come with power supplies that barely supply enough power, so there isn't a lot of room for expansion.

You don't necessarily need to buy a new one, just check to see if it's enough for your computer. 400W-500W should be enough.

I already have an optical drive that came with the dell. Why would I need another one? And btw I am not installing everything myself, paying someone.
