Ive tried un-plugging my modem
and using the cmd thing
any other way of doing this?
like manually?

If you have Cable, or certain providers, you cannot just change your IP when ever you want, instead you are assigned an IP based on the ISP's DHCP table. Which will not change until it expires. More then most, with an ISP's DHCP table, when your IP expires, if the connection is still valid you will be reassigned the same IP. If you want to change your IP, leave your modem unplugged for an extended period of time, or call your ISP and ask if they can switch it. (They will more then likely say no for security reasons.)

another question though
I have proxifier, and i can change my IP or w/e but then when i try the internet or anything like that it wont connect
any problems i could be encountering?

The IP you type into the proxy program MUST be a valid proxy. You cant just type in a random IP and hope it works. Google for a proxy list, there's tons of them.

Like thats what ive been doing, i found a proxy list with Socks 5 proxies
i run a check to see if it will work and it says its Ready or w/e but when i go on the internet i can click home and go to google and thats about it :-/
