well so i dont know what happened my mom was using it and then when i came in to check my background was all blue and it said " attention found spyware on your computer..." also another wird thign was that this one program XPwalla or antiservice was sum how installed into my computer...and started scanning..so if anyone can help please =/

download spybot, adaware, whatever else you feel like

boot into safe mode, run everything, hopefully profit.

Your mother probably didn't know, when she was browsing the internet, and then saw a popup, saying "You have a virus on your computer, click here to remove it!", your mum was probably convinced and installed it. Although, now, try downloading ad-aware or spybot or something similar to try and remove the infection on your computer.

try downloading antivirus, if u cant, system restore, if it doesnt work, try the antivirus again, then as a last resort, REFORMAT HELL YEAHHH

Don't system restore, may fuck it up worse.

hes right, system restore does mess up some of ur files.
for example, when i uninstalled a program and system restored, i couldnt uninstall it again, even tho it was still there because my log was deleted.
