No. The one that comes with your power supply should be good enough. You might want to clean it out though.

Why would you need a new one? Do you feel a lot of heat from your PSU? Is it smoking or something? Stock is always good enough and if it is getting in trouble, getting a new fan or adding a heatsink o.o is not going to fix it because it's just your hardware needs more wattage then the PSU is offering.

PSU's tend to get hot, and can handle a lot more heat than other computer components. The stock fan should be adequate.
