| Macs are for people that are seriously technologically incapable. They need to be spoonfed everything. Macs aren't more secure. It's just that a lot of hackers don't target the Mac (why target mac when Windows has 30x more users?). As for iPods, Zune is 30x better. You run OS X on a PC. I can do it on my laptop. It's just for fun though, especially at school when people gasp when they see me running OS X on my Dell laptop. They say it's illegal an that I'll get arrested... Overall, Apple fails at making good technology. They should switch to retail.

it depends what people want, if you are a designed or an architect or any other engineer or any other graphing job then you would probably want mac because macs are graphing computers. But normal people get Windows.

That's debatable xMurtaghx.
I remember seeing a desktop with 4 9800GX2's in it, and they were running windows and were using it to create 3D MRI images in under a minute as compared to an array of computer (I think they said something like 50 or so) taking several hours. They said that since they weren't SLI'd you wouldn't want it for gaming, but since what they were doing was creating a 3D image from scans, they needed as many GPU cores as they could fit inside of the desktop so that the process would take as little time as possible.
I'll try to dig up the link. I'm sure I have it somewhere.
