Does using Cheatengine and other reading/writing process memory applications violate the below agreement? Details are our friends =)

As a condition precedent to the licenses granted in this Agreement, You may not, in whole or in part, copy, photocopy, reproduce, translate, reverse engineer, derive source code from, modify, disassemble, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Game, or any element thereof or otherwise seek to discover the source code, components, digital rights management, format or other protocols associated with the Game or remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the game. Failure to comply with restrictions and limitations contained in this Sectional shall result in the immediate, automatic termination of the license granted hereunder and may subject You to civil and/or criminal liability. |

Lets break it down.

Thats just Bla Bla.

The only words here that might be a problem is: modify, disassemble and decompile.
But i dont see it as an problem, they only focus on the illegality of finding the "source code" of the game.

More bla bla. about the source code.

And you are not allowed to change the lable on the disc...
