| Is there any 32-bit version of Windows that supports more than 3GB of RAM? I really don't wanna switch to Windows XP Pro/Vista 64-bit.

Not from Microsoft. There's a third party application that will extend the 32-bit mapping the 36-bits, so you can see more than 3GB of RAM.

| no. 32bit only supports upto 4gb or something ( - graphic card and everything else, so we could say 3-3,5gb ram)

... it's not a third party application, it's done in hardware and thus if you want to use it, your hardware obviously needs to support it.
PAE extends it to 36bits of possible addressing space (which comes to 64gb), but windows limits it to 4gb regardless.

32-bit can address up to 64GB ram (32-bit systems can address 36 bits with physical memory)

get the Windows * Server's
I'm not sure they do games well though.
Also, if you have more than 3GB ram, and you're not scared of playing with pagetables, then you can access that other memory as well. (Just make sure your app is the only app that does that...)
