I've been searching around here and there looking for a good Anti-virus to buy, but i can't just decide which one to buy...
I was wondering what you guys would consider to buy or already purchased.

I use no protection, no anti-virus, no spyware blockers, popup blockers, spybot search and destroy or anything at all..
BTW i have no viruses

Does that mean no illegal movies, websites, mp3 musics ???
EDIT: Now how would you know you don't have a virus without a virus scanner?

I have NOD32.
Although, I always seem to disable it and therefore no protection!
I also turn off and disable my Windows Firewall too!
At the moment, I seem to be clean from viruses, malware and other associated infections.
It's YOU that knows what you're downloading and whether you're an ignorant enough to install/download it and therefore an infected PC.

EDIT: Website can give you adware without downloading...

The moral is, make sure you know what you're downloading, don't download, install or visit anything suspicious. If you're a user that is infected daily, you are seriously an ignorant, who needs serious help. Don't download or view any web page with an executable file that the description of it is, "Free 100% $1000000 everyday at home! Just click this program and tell us your bank account and pin number! You will get it in a matter of seconds! ENJOY!" |

Yes i do download videos, movies MP3s and things.
I will release my secret for how i know i dont have any viruses and how i dont get any viruses soon...

Seeing as 10 percent of the people with an OS use it... why would anyone waste there time?
Also, almost all Linux programs are open source (means you can see the code and compile it yourself )... So you can easily tell if there is a virus.
