Ok my buddys computer is fucked with some virus, it blocks all download of virus cleaning software ive tried, it blocks task manager, it makes shit loads of pop ups saying you have a virus buy are shit. It deletes like most shortcuts except internet explorer, it erases anything like my computer, documents etc from start bar. what the fuck can i do??

Use the Windows System Restore feature, or reformat it.

Sounds like a explorer.exe, and probally a svchost worm.
There's basicly only one way to fix, is load XP/Vista cd and re-install sadly T_T.

he did the oldest system restore he could and it was still there. Looking like system restore

ok, no cd for reformatting, all the links from start bar for system restore are gone, how can i get to it? I was able to use make shortcut to make a shortcut back to my computer i just dont know where system restore is

have you tried going into safe mode and then disabling the virus from startup programs. it could work.
