how do you find your computers name i know its a acer but what model
and i need a sound driver to make the sound work

Go to start > run than type:

dxdiag


Click on the "System" tab, and it will say your computers name in there.
It will also tell you your sound driver if you click the "Sound" tab.

You can also just go to your control panel, go to the Performance and maintenance section, and click "see basic information about your computer".
