May I suggest that you check to see if there is gray behind the designated coordinates?

Yeah, but how? I don't know the exact RGB values for the grey? How would one attain this information.

I suggest you open the game right now and take a picture of it and go into Photoshop and use the eyedropper to find the RGB value.
