Remember that using cheap components will likely result in instability or parts failing, and may not be cheaper in the long run.

I had something for under $200 together a while ago, INTEGRATED EVERYTHING, with no case.
Anyway, I just built my friend a pretty tits computer for about $600, save up more

Guys ALL I need to know is what would make a good combo that is not TOO expensive.
I just need the mobo, processor, PCI-E card.
