first off, i didnt DOWNLOAD a virus, it came from a site.
Secondly, i was replying to your reply so as to try to get your help because its really annoying seeing "you have spyware" on my desktop every time i start my computer.

I've deleted the virus, but now i cannot change my desktop background or screen saver, because the virus deletes the button in the properties window

| heh, i wasn't at a porn site. The site from wihch i got the virus was forum.ragezone.com. Now i know its hard for you to believe that, but its true. And i would like to apologize for calling you some words, but i thought you were referring to me because your sentence was a little unclear.

Also, from my experience, never got any viruses from forum.ragezone.com, and my anti-virus is ALWAYS turned off. 
Yes, I'm literally stupid and don't really care.
But I've never been keylogged or have ever had a virus, so I'm not scared.

| The Admin got rid of it, it was there for like two or three days and then got deleted, but it WAS there.

A virus is a virus.
You're better off reformatting your whole computer. :\
You should make daily backups on an external hard drive.
It doesn't help PREVENT the viruses, but helps get your computer to "recover" all the lost information, documents, files, etc after reformatting.
If there's another solution regarding your issue, good luck and hope it works.
Otherwise, a reformat would be your only option.

Heres how to fix the desktop and screensaver tab.
Desktop:
