The non-energy saver version used to be the same price. Now it's going up probably because the supply and demand system that Newegg uses.

Somewhat, yes, but they are mostly trying to get rid of it because there is a new version out. The non-energy saver version works great, at least I have experience with that.

lulz one has an E in it, and one doesnt. no doubt the more expensive one is better, however. i think they edited some features to make it "energy efficient"

1) Cost less because it does not have the same energy saving technology as..

2) has the energy saving technology
