It doesn't.

The ability checks for the item and changes it's single-target effect into AoE.

"DDay DotA DBZ special" (Basically another crap AoS that uses DotA as template and has DBZ models.)

Akaecius liked the ability of that hero.
(The next attack in 0.5 seconds will cause the attacked unit's time to be stopped for 3 seconds.)

But he's saying it's a generic-thing that it works with splash...

But splash isn't an attack, it's an orb effect.

And for that matter.
Splash = Orb effect
Time stop = Orb effect

Orb effects do not stack. : |


But Akaecius doesn't want to fucking listen to me when I say it checks for the item to make it AoE instead of Target-only.

Nor do I.

And this map is made by zMidouz, which makes it even worse.

He can't balance shit, adds in crappy DBZ heroes that are tottaly overpowered in comparisation of others.
(Can you see one-hit-kill abilities with 30 seconds cooldown 200 mana coming? :D)
